COORDINARE invites proposals from eligible organisations to establish, deliver and manage a Chronic Pain Management Program to support primary care and contribute to better health outcomes for people living with mild to moderate pain in the South Eastern NSW region.

COORDINARE aims to commission a provider to co-design the effective delivery of the chronic pain management program that enables face to face and /or virtual programs to be delivered to referred individuals to address chronic pain.
