  • Advance Care Planning Australia Learning is a free eLearning hub for advance care planning with modules on on specific topics such as dementia, advanced communication skills, and areas of care.
  • The Advance Project™ is is a free, evidence-based toolkit and training package designed to support GPs, nurses, and practice managers to initiate advance care planning conversations and assess patients’ and carers’ palliative and supportive care needs.
  • Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (PEPA) provides funded palliative care workplace training opportunities (via clinical placements), workshops and support networks for GPs, nurses, and allied health.
  • The Palliative Care Bridge delivers innovative educational videos and resources on palliative care by respected experts and specialists in their fields enabling health professionals to gain confidence and specialised knowledge in the delivery of appropriate palliative care to people in need.
  • The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia provides online palliative care training for pharmacists.
