In this session, we will focus on vascular leg ulcers. The education provided will complement the information presented at the upcoming Practice Nurse Development Days, where wound care will be discussed further.

Learning Objectives for the Practice Nurse Community of Practice session:

• Understand how to recognise a venous leg ulcer (assessment and diagnosis considerations).
• Discuss key considerations for managing a venous leg ulcer in General Practice.
• Identify treatment options for venous leg ulcers and when to escalate care.
