Palliative Aged Care Consultancy Services (PACCS)
commissionedCOORDINARE has partnered with Palliative Aged Care Consultancy Services (PACCS) to help Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) in South Eastern NSW provide free palliative care for their residents. A Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) facilitates Needs Rounds to RACFs on a regular basis.
