Alcohol and Other Drugs

Innovation Grants

Background

Despite a range of alcohol and other drug services and programs in South Eastern NSW, new approaches are needed to engage and support priority populations with alcohol and other drug concerns in the community, to help address gaps and barriers to accessing services and supports.

Priority populations experience higher risks of alcohol and other drug-related harms, face additional barriers in accessing alcohol and other drug-related supports and services, and are often under-serviced by the health system.

Grant details

COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN is offering grants to support innovative initiatives to support the health and wellbeing of people who are experiencing alcohol and other drug issues.

These grants aim to enhance service access and inclusion for priority populations and foster new approaches to unmet community needs, with the potential for future scaling and funding.

Organisations that currently provide services or programs to support people with alcohol and other drug concerns across South Eastern NSW are invited to apply.

A total of $450,000 (excl. GST) is available through this initiative, with individual grants ranging from $50,000 up to $150,000 (excl. GST).
