REBUILD Suicide Aftercare

REBUILD is a non-clinical support program for people aged 16 and over in the South Eastern NSW who have attempted or are thinking about suicide. 

Culturally safe care is provided by peer workers with lived experience, alongside care coordinators who help connect individuals with services and support their recovery journey.

REBUILD has service hubs in:

• Nowra
• Goulburn
• Bega

The program focusses on addressing situational stressors and utilises social prescribing approaches, providing face to face and virtual support across the region to best suit individual needs.
