Partnering to improve Aboriginal health
We work with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) and Aboriginal people to address inequalities and improve health and wellbeing. We are preparing an Action Plan: Aboriginal Health focusing on how we can contribute to ‘Closing the Gap’ in health outcomes for Aboriginal people and their communities across South Eastern NSW.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
Our Innovate RAP follows on from the Reflect RAP and is our commitment to the communities and organisations we work with.
Our Innovate RAP will keep the organisation accountable in continuing to build relationships, trust and respect across its programs. This includes having a better understanding, empathy, and improving access and safety for Aboriginal people.

Commissioned service partners
We commission targeted services for Aboriginal people needing care coordination, mental health and suicide prevention, and alcohol and other drugs support.
There is a role for all services, both Aboriginal community-controlled and mainstream, to work together to improve social and emotional wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people in the region.
