In order to support and coordinate the delivery of the Australian Government's COVID-19 Vulnerable Vaccination Program across South Eastern NSW, COORDINARE is offering funding opportunities until 31 December 2024.

The purpose of this funding is to address any social, cultural, physical or hesitancy barriers that may be preventing vulnerable groups from accessing the COVID-19 vaccination.

Opportunities available:

• Authorised Nurse Immuniser funded training for general practice and aged care RNs
• Support payments and reimbursement for non-Medicare eligible COVID-19 vaccinations for general practice or pharmacy
• Funding for general practices providing in-reach COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Residential Aged Care or Disability Housing
• Small grants for general practices providing homebound COVID-19 vaccinations
• Small grants for general practice data cleansing and recalls for overdue NIP and initial/booster COVID-19 vaccinations
• Small grants for community organisations or general practices to hold awareness raising activities
