Below are some FAQs to support our commissioned providers access and use the online contract management system – Folio.
The training is available under 'Bookmarks' when you first log into Folio, or you can view the training here.
Yes. Please contact your Manager, Service Development and Performance or Project Coordinator, or complete the change request form if you would like to add additional staff members to view / update the checklist.
All outstanding checklists / deliverables are available on your 'To do list' when you log into Folio.
Please check your ‘To do list’ on your dashboard regularly. It will look like this:
No. All deliverables (reports, invoices, unaudited and audited acquittals) are now required to be submitted via Folio.
Complete the change request form with all of your contact details including the name of your organisation, first name, last name, role, email address and phone number.
You will be provided with 'lite user' access, and you will receive a welcome email to set up your password so that you can log into Folio.
A checklist is a series of questions that relate to your specific deliverable (plan, report, budget, invoice, unaudited or audited acquittal).
You can be provided with 'Team Manager' access, this will allow you to view / update any checklist / deliverable in each contract without receiving all the notifications from Folio.
Please complete the change request form to obtain 'Team Manager' access.
Yes. You will need to gain 'lite user' access. Please complete the change request form.
