Medicare Mental Health

If your mental health is struggling, Medicare Mental Health can help direct you to the appropriate support networks. 

To access Medicare Mental Health, patients can call 1800 595 212 to discuss their needs and concerns with a trained intake worker. They will then be directed to mental health services in their area which meets their individual needs.

This may include a telehealth appointment or face-to-face at Shellharbour Mental Health Hub, provided by Grand Pacific Health.

There are also five Mental Health Hubs operating in Bega, Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Shoalhaven and Wollongong.
