Are you a carer from a multicultural background who would like to meet others going through a similar experience?

The Weavers program, supported by funding from COORDINARE, is a carer peer-to-peer model that connects carers with a mentor, also known as a Weaver, who has lived experience as a carer.

You can benefit from free one-on-one support by phone or in person, free advice and support from MCCI and free monthly carers group.

We can help you to deal with challenges, navigate services, look after yourself and make connections.
