How Medicare Mental Health can help

Medicare Mental Health services are free, and provide immediate, short-term and medium-term support to anyone, including children, young people and families.

They take the time to understand your needs and preferences to connect you with the resources and services that are right for you

Medicare Mental Health services are not crisis or emergency services. If you need urgent help, call 000 or access crisis support services.

  • Medicare Mental Health services are free and funded by the Australian government.

  • Easy to access without a referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan.

  • Everyone is welcome, whether it's ongoing or your first time reaching out.
