Head to Health

If your mental health is stuggling, Head to Health can help direct you to the appropriate support networks. 

To access Head to Health, patients can call 1800 595 212 to discuss their needs and concerns with a trained intake worker. They will then be directed to mental health services in their area which meets their individual needs.

This may include a telehealth appointment or face-to-face at Shellharbour Head to Health, provided by Grand Pacific Health.

There are also five Mental Health Hubs operating in partnership with Head to Health, located in Bega, Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Shoalhaven and Wollongong.
