MyRecovery - GPH in partnership with Shoalhaven Family Medical Centres

MyRecovery is a mental health service for people aged 12 and over who are living with ongoing or complex mental health challenges who would benefit from extra support on their recovery journey.

MyRecovery is available across Bega, Moruya, Goulburn, Shellharbour, Queanbeyan, Shoalhaven and Wollongong, with staff visiting Cooma, Eden, Yass, Bombala, Batemans Bay, Ulladulla and other areas. Telehealth is also available across South Eastern NSW.

• Calling the Medicare Mental Health Phoneline on 1800 595 212, for mental health assessment and referral to a service which suits you (this may include MyRecovery or alternate services depending on your needs and preferences).
