Dementia Training Australia provides dementia-specific accredited and non-accredited education, training, and professional development for aged and health care professionals. Access the clinician toolkit here.
Demystifying Dementia webinar series. COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN, Capital Health Network (ACT PHN), partnered with Dementia Training Australia to develop a series of webinars for Primary Care clinicians to offer a practical and stepwise approach to improve, knowledge, skills and confidence in recognising, diagnosing and managing dementia in the general practice setting. Refer your patients to Dementia Australia. They can contact the National Dementia Australia helpline on 1800 100 500 or message the Dementia Australia webchat.
The helpline provides advice and support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
No issue too big, no question too small.
