Our role and region
COORDINARE is the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (PHN). Our role is to improve the health and wellbeing of our community which is one of the largest rural and regional populations in NSW.
Our region stretches from Helensburgh in the north to the Victorian border in the south and inland to Cooma / Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass and Goulburn.

Providers of aged care, disability, and Aboriginal primary health based in Eurobodalla, Bega Valley, and Snowy Monaro have an opportunity to help build the local care workforce, thanks to a partnership between the University of Wollongong and a number of partner agencies including COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinics reach more than 100,000 episodes of care across South Eastern NSW

Medicare Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs) across the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network region have delivered more than 100,000 episodes of patient care since the first local clinic opened, in July 2023.
