Our role and region
COORDINARE is the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (PHN). Our role is to improve the health and wellbeing of our community which is one of the largest rural and regional populations in NSW.
Our region stretches from Helensburgh in the north to the Victorian border in the south and inland to Cooma / Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass and Goulburn.

Free skin checks, health checks, haircuts, beauty treatments and a safe space to talk are coming to Goulburn, the Bega Valley and Eurobodalla in August, thanks to a partnership between COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN and health and community service providers.

Eden partners unite behind priorities for better local healthcare

The Eden Collaborative Care Project partners have agreed on priorities to address some of the community's most pressing health challenges. The project, which began in May 2025, brings together health services, community organisations and government agencies to take a place-based approach to healthcare planning in Eden.
