The purpose of this program is to:
- build interest, knowledge, and capacity of GPs to provide clinical support to residents of RACHs.
- increase the capacity and confidence of RACH workforce to better support the holistic care of residents.
- improve communication between GP and RACH staff, reduce unnecessary hospital presentations of residents strengthens relationship of clinical and care team.
