Australia’s first bivalent vaccine added to booster options

Vaccination providers, including general practices, in South Eastern NSW can begin to administer the first bivalent COVID-19 vaccine available in Australia over the next three weeks with some practices receiving the vaccine today.

The Australian Government announced in 2017 that the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program would transition to the two general practice colleges - the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Selected local general practices to administer Moderna to under 5s

Strong Foundations supporting local Aboriginal families

Supported by COORDINARE, the Koori Kids Wellbeing program, Strong Foundations, is an early intervention program that provides culturally appropriate mental health and wellbeing support and education to Aboriginal children and their families. The program aims to promote help-seeking behaviour and help students build resilience.
